Refund Policy

Clear Claims Co. sells digital products — fillable and print-ready PDF inspection sheets, worksheets, and bundles sold through our Gumroad store, plus per-order weather verification and vehicle valuation reports. Because these are delivered instantly and can’t be physically returned, this policy explains exactly how refunds work for each.

The guarantee

If an inspection sheet or bundle doesn’t meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This applies to every individual sheet and every bundle in our Gumroad store.

We do ask that the guarantee be used in good faith — we may decline refunds where there’s a clear pattern of abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same products.

How to request a refund

Email support@clearclaimsco.co from the address you used at checkout, and include:

• Your order number or Gumroad receipt
• The product name
• A quick note on what went wrong (optional, but it helps us improve)

Refunds are processed through Gumroad, our checkout provider, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Problems with your file

If a download is corrupt, won’t open, or you received the wrong product, contact us and we’ll make it right immediately — we’ll re-send the correct file or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. There’s no time limit on file-delivery problems.

Weather reports & vehicle valuations

Weather verification reports and vehicle valuation reports are generated individually for the address, vehicle, and date you enter, and delivered immediately. Because each one is custom work, they aren’t covered by the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Instead: if a report fails to generate, contains an error on our side, or was produced for the wrong location or date because of a problem with our system, contact us within 30 days and we’ll re-run it or refund it — your choice.

Please double-check the address, VIN, and date before ordering — a report that accurately reflects the details you entered isn’t eligible for a refund simply because the result wasn’t the answer you were hoping for.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve things faster directly, and a quick email saves everyone the hassle.
